Carolina Silver Sweets began in 2023 after our founder, Stacy, decided to share with others her love of baking cakes and cookies. As someone who needs gluten free foods, and a son with a nut allergy, she quickly discovered there were very few quality options available. So, with a need to provide great tasting sweets for her family, she began developing treats that could be enjoyed by all. And so, Carolina Sweets was born.
